How to use the Forms widget

Adding a form to your website. Forms are a quick way to generate leads into your business. Send all information to your favorite email software in one click. All leads are automatically added to your CRM.

Where to find your form widget.

Go to the Widget tab and select the forms widget as shown below.


 


Simpy drag and drop the form widget to your page. Once added, a default form will appear ready for you to customise.

Editing form fields

Select the pen icon located next to each field in your form. A new pop out window will appear.

Here you can edit the form field description, place holder text, map to a CRM property and if you are using one of our native integrations eg mailerlite - mailchimp etc, you can map the fields here too.

Basic form custom layout

By simply click the inverted arrows you can change the layout of your form field placements. Below we have placed the name and email next to each other.

CRM Properties

By selecting the plus icon a pop-out window will appear containing all pre-filled CRM properties that you can add to your form.

If you require custom properties you can access that here too - by clicking the highlighted 'here' button.

Editing your form

By hovering over the form your default editing bar will display.

Form settings tab

By selecting the form settings tab as shown, you can now start editing your form.

Tip: Be sure to name your form.

Within the form settings tab, you can select your favorite email provider and trigger emails and lists automatically.

Form styling

The form styling tab enables you to edit colours, fonts and labels

And as simple as that, you have created a form.
